Customers are responsible for checking their order details carefully before completing payment. If you notice any errors or discrepancies in your order or invoice, please contact Drynox as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Drynox reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel an order if full payment has not been received.

Pricing and Offers

Drynox aims to ensure that all prices, offers, and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is identified, Drynox reserves the right to correct the price and offer the customer the option to proceed with the corrected order or cancel the order for a refund.

Special offers, discounts, and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Ownership and Risk

All goods remain the property of Drynox until full payment has been received.

Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer once the order has been delivered.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, delivery location, courier availability, and circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Drynox cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Inspection and Claims

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery for visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Any issues should be reported to Drynox within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.

Claims made after this period may be reviewed at the discretion of Drynox.

Product Information and Specification Changes

Drynox aims to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to change, update, or amend product specifications without prior notice as part of our ongoing product improvement.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the goods have been dispatched.

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. Items must usually be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the specified returns period, unless the item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used mattresses, bedding, pillows, duvets, or protective sleep products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Drynox products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty length may vary depending on the product purchased.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, incorrect handling, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Drynox’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the goods purchased.

Drynox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of business, inconvenience, or additional costs incurred by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with any care instructions provided.

Customers must ensure that the product is suitable for their intended use before purchase.
