Returns & Warranty Policy
At Drynox, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our returns and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Period
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In a resellable condition
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
Opened or Used Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used mattresses, bedding, pillows, duvets, or protective sleep products unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing fault.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or fault
Once reviewed, we will advise you on the next steps.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Drynox products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product purchased.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover:
- Misuse or mishandling
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
Return Authorisation
All returns must be authorised before being sent back to us. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds or Replacements
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
